The Tube Cleaner 900 has been designed to clean the high pressure and low pressure air tubes to the collector.

The delay-time potentiometer will set the off-time between cleaning cycles and the pulse-time potentiometer will determine the on-time from the high pressure (HP) air flow to the collector. When activated valves A&B will cut the high and low air flow to the diff.press.indicator to avoid any damage to the instrument. After a set dwell-time approx. 3sec. valve C will energize for the duration set by the pulse time potentiometer and the high pressure (HP) will clean the high and low air tubes to the collector. There will be a small movement of the pointer in the instrument due to residual pressure in the solenoid, but this will not harm the instrument.

Every time power is switched on the unit will start off with a cleaning cycle regardless of the setting of the delay time potentiometer. This feature is convenient to check the function of the unit whitout having to wait.

It is very important not to connect the tubing to the wrong outlets to avoid damaging the instrument.

DIMENSIONS AND MOUNTING DETAILS:

The Tube Cleaner 900 consists of a PC Card 150mm long x 150mm wide x 70mm high.
An IP 66 plastic or metal enclosure is available.
