The Shaker Timer-103 is a solid state timer designed to provide an adjustable ON delay and an adjustable ON time to operate a shaker motor. After fan shutdown the voltage free normally open auxiliary contact of the fan contactor closes terminal 7 & 8 of the shaker timer and initiates the ON DELAY (yellow led on). Following the initial ON-DELAY time, the ON-TIME will energize the relay (red led on) for the time set and operate the shaker motor. The ON-DELAY and ON-TIME can be adjusted by the two potentiometers.

• On Delay : 1 - 60 seconds
• On Time : 2 - 60 min. and 20 sec. - 6 min.
• Output : Relay contact 240V-5A resistive
• Operating Temp.: -10 to + 55 degree centigrade

DIMENSIONS AND MOUNTING DETAILS:

The Shaker Timer-103 is 75mm high, 45mm wide and 105mm deep. The housing will simply snap into a DIN RAIL and can be removed by pulling back the red snap lock. Practical and easy to wire conductor connection via sturdy pluggable screw connection.
