Where most baghouse dust collectors rely on continuous pulse cleaning processes to maintain plant efficiency PTronik’s range of high performance controllers provide inbuilt capabilities to accurately measure the performance of a dust collection installation and based on those measurements manage the number of pulse cleaning cycles required to optimise baghouse productivity. All PTronik controllers can be installed as a retro-fit addition to an existing dust collector or as an OEM component within new baghouse dust collectors and deliver significant benefits including:
